Refund Policy
At GPLClub.com we strive to offer high-quality digital products and a transparent service. However, due to the digital nature of our products (downloadable software) and the fact that they are intangible and irrevocable goods, we apply a strict refund policy.
By purchasing a subscription or product on our site, you accept the following terms and conditions without exception.
1. General Principle: Performance Guarantee
Unlike other sites that offer subjective "satisfaction" guarantees, we offer a Technical Performance Guarantee.
We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or if you decide you no longer need the product.
We only offer refunds if a product does not work technically and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
The Claim Process
To request a refund under this guarantee, you must follow these steps:
Report the error to our technical support team via a ticket or WhatsApp.
Mandatory: Allow our team to attempt to fix the problem. This may require giving us temporary access to your website to verify the error and server configuration.
If after our intervention the product still doesn't work, we will proceed with the refund (applicable only to eligible plans).
Support Clause: If you refuse to provide access, screenshots, or the necessary information for our team to verify and fix the error, your refund request will be automatically rejected.
2. Exclusions by Membership Type
❌ No-Refund Plans (Final Sale)
No partial or total refunds will be granted, under any circumstances (except for double charges due to error), for the following plans:
Semi-Annual Membership
Annual Membership
Lifetime Membership
Reseller Membership
Why? These plans offer significant discounts and long-term access. If you have doubts about the service, you should first purchase the Monthly Membership to test the quality of our products before committing to a higher plan.
✅ Eligible Plans (Conditional)
Monthly Membership: Eligible for a refund only if it is demonstrated that downloaded products have technical failures that we cannot resolve, and the request is made within the first 3 days of purchase.
3. Specific Exclusions
The following situations are NOT grounds for a refund:
Reseller Membership: Due to the nature of this plan (permission to resell and mass downloads), all Reseller-level sales are final. No exceptions.
Cryptocurrency Payments: Transactions made with Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency are irreversible and non-refundable.
Lack of Technical Skills: We do not offer refunds if the problem is due to not having the necessary knowledge to install, configure, or use WordPress and its plugins.
Change of Mind: Statements like "I don't want it anymore," "I didn't like it," or "I found a better one" are not valid for a refund.
Purchase Errors: If you bought a membership or product "by mistake" and have already downloaded at least one file or accessed the panel, the service is considered delivered.
Future Updates: If a product was working fine and stops working after a developer or WordPress update, no refund is granted. (We strive to update the catalog as soon as possible, but we depend on availability).
Removed Products: We reserve the right to remove products from the catalog if they present legal or technical issues. Removal of a product does not entitle you to a membership refund.
4. Policy on "Original Licenses" (Activations)
For products that require manual activation (such as Elementor Pro, WP Rocket, etc.):
Individual License Purchases: If you purchased an extra activation, it will only be refunded if the license does not activate the promised features and we cannot fix it.
Licenses Included in Membership: Partial refunds of a membership claiming that a specific license doesn't work cannot be requested. Original licenses are a free "bonus" added to the membership, not the main product.
Transfer and Refund: Once a license has been installed and activated on your site, the service is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.
5. Abuse and Behavior
Prohibited Resale: If we detect that a user (who is not a Reseller) is reselling or publicly distributing our files, their account will be immediately blocked without the right to a refund.
PayPal/Bank Disputes: If you open a payment dispute or "Chargeback" without contacting us first to seek a solution, your account and IP address will be permanently banned from GPLClub and our network of associated services.
6. Processing Times
If your refund request is approved:
The process may take between 7 to 10 business days to be reflected in your bank statement.
The money will be returned to the same payment method used (except Cryptocurrencies, which do not apply).
