# How to Request an Activation

Unlike the Updater, these licenses are not automatic. Our technical team must install them manually on your site.

#### Steps to request it:

1. Go to [gplclub.com/panel](https://gplclub.com/panel) and enter the "Licenses" tab.
2. You'll find a request form.
3. Select the plugin or theme you want to activate.
4. Provide access to your site: To install the official license, we need to temporarily access your WordPress dashboard.

#### 🔒 How to Give Secure Access (Recommended)

You don't need to give us your personal username and password. We recommend using the free plugin "Temporary Login Without Password":

1. Install that plugin on your site.
2. Create a temporary access link (with administrator permissions).
3. Paste that link in our form.
4. Once we activate your license, the link will expire and we will no longer have access.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.gplclub.com/en/licenses-and-activation/how-to-request-an-activation.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
