# Contact us

Support channels, hours, and response time.

The GPLClub support team works Monday to Saturday and replies within 24 hours. To learn what it can help with, refer to [What support covers](/en/support-and-legal/what-support-covers.md).

Write from your GPLClub account email: this way the team finds your account without asking for more details.

## Write from the website or the dashboard

On the website, the form asks for your name, email, category, and a message of at least 20 characters. On the dashboard, the **Support** page asks for **Query type**, **Subject**, and **Description**.

After you send the message, you receive the **We've received your message (#N) · GPLClub** email. The reply arrives by email, with a reference like `[GPL-123]` in the subject. To continue the conversation, reply to that email.

## Hours

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 24:00 (UTC-7). In other time zones:

| Spain                                  | 17:00 to 08:00 in winter, 18:00 to 09:00 in summer |

Messages received outside these hours are answered when the next shift starts.
