By creating an account on GPLClub.com, you agree to comply with the following rules. Violation of these rules may result in permanent suspension of your account without the right to a refund.

1. Accounts and Security

  • Real Identity: Only real people can register. Bots or automated accounts are not allowed.

  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.

  • Security: You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Your account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login credentials with other people or posting them online is prohibited and grounds for immediate banning.

2. Fair Use Policy

GPLClub is designed for developers and agencies who need tools for their projects, not for "leechers" or clone sites.

  • Scraping Prohibited: Using scripts, bots, or software to mass-download our catalog is strictly prohibited.

  • Resale Prohibited (Non-Resellers): If you have an end-user membership (Monthly, Semi-Annual, Annual, Lifetime), you cannot resell downloaded files. Only Reseller members have explicit authorization to redistribute files.

  • Accumulation: We do not allow mass downloading with the sole purpose of accumulating stock (e.g., downloading 100 plugins in an hour without using them). We monitor download patterns to prevent abuse.

3. Third-Party Services (Extra Tools)

On certain plans (Semi-Annual, Annual, Lifetime) we offer access to external tools such as Envato Elements, Freepik, and Canva.

  • "Bonus" Nature: These accesses are offered as a free gift or bonus added to your membership. They are not the main product (which is the GPL repository).

  • No Stability Guarantee: Being third-party services over which we have no control, we cannot guarantee their availability 100% of the time.

  • Disclaimer: If Envato or Freepik change their policies, block access, or stop working, partial membership refunds will not be issued, since you paid for access to the GPL Club, and the tools are a free add-on.

4. Definition of "Lifetime Membership"

The term "Lifetime" refers to the useful life of the GPLClub project.

  • It means you will not be charged for renewal as long as the website exists and is operational.

  • It does not imply a perpetual service guarantee if the business closes, changes owners, or due to force majeure.

5. Support and "As Is" Guarantee

  • Software "As Is": Products are delivered "as is." We do not guarantee they will work exactly as you wish or that they will be compatible with all third-party components.

  • Support Scope: Our support is limited to installation and account issues. We do not offer technical support on the plugin's code or how to use it (for that, we recommend purchasing the license from the original developer).

6. Refund Policy

Our return policy is strict due to the digital nature of the products.

  • In summary: No refunds for Semi-Annual, Annual, Lifetime, or Reseller plans. Refunds are only considered for the Monthly plan under conditions of demonstrable technical failure within the first 3 days.

We reserve the right to modify these terms, prices, or the product catalog at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
