# Reviews

Who can write a product review and how it is published.

Reviews are in the **Reviews** tab of each product page on the website. The page shows the eight most recent ones.

## Requirements

You can write a review if you purchased the product or downloaded it at least once. Being a member is not enough: reviews are written by people who have used the product.

## Write a review

To write a review:

1. On the product page, open the **Reviews** tab.
2. Choose a rating from 1 to 5 stars.
3. Optionally, write a headline (up to 120 characters) and a text (up to 2,000 characters).
4. Select **Publish review**.

The review is published immediately, with your name.

## Edit or delete a review

Each person can write one review per product. To edit it, change the content in the **Reviews** tab and select **Save changes**. To delete it, [contact support](/en/support-and-legal/contact-us.md).

## Moderation

GPLClub reviews published reviews and can hide them. A hidden review shows its author the **Not published** notice. If the author edits it, it goes back to review.
